In einem Billig Hotel währe das ok für mich, man bekommt was man bezahlt, aber bei einer Suite die im Durchschnitt, etwas mehr als 400 Doller die Nacht kostet, in einem 5 Sterne Hotel, erwarte ich mehr. Beim Auschecken wurden meine Beschwerden auch notiert, ich finde jedoch das bei so einem Hotel, der Manager bei seinen Kontrollen solche Mängel feststellen und beheben lassen sollte und es nicht meine Aufgabe als Gast ist solche Mängel festzustellen und zu melden. Jeder Punkt den man beim Housekeeping angesprochen hat, wurde auch prompt korrigiert, die technischen defekte, konnten sie jedoch nur weiter melden, sprich wahren am Ende immer noch so.
